Welcome to adment. This help center is here to help you get the most out of the platform, understand what you are seeing, and take action on the violations adment detects.
What adment does
adment monitors search engines around the clock to detect affiliates and third parties who run ads on your branded keywords, intercept your branded traffic and impersonate your brand. When a violation is found, adment captures the evidence, identifies the affiliate responsible, and gives you everything you need to act on it.
What you will find in this help center
If you are new to adment, start with How adment works to understand what the platform monitors and how detections are captured.
From there, the Key Concepts section covers the types of violations adment detects, including ad hijacking, brand bidding, trademark abuse, and cloaking, so you know exactly what you are looking at when detections appear.
The Ad Hijackers and Brand Bidders sections walk you through how to use each tab, manage cases, and gather evidence for enforcement.
