Filtering and exporting data

The Ad Hijackers tab includes a set of filters that let you narrow down detections to exactly what you need, and an export function that lets you download the results for external use.
Available filters
There are six filters across the top of the detection table, plus a search bar:
- Date: opens a two-month calendar view where you select a start and end date to filter detections by when they were detected. Click the start date, then the end date, and click OK to apply. Note that the export function has a maximum date range of two weeks, so set your date filter accordingly before downloading.
- Country: filters detections by the country where the ad was detected. Includes a search field and a list of all countries present in your account data. Select one or more countries to narrow the view.
- Domain: filters by the advertiser's website domain. Useful when you want to focus on a specific company or see all detections associated with a particular domain.
- Keyword: filters by the branded keyword that triggered the detection. Shows all keywords configured in your monitoring groups, so you can investigate activity on a particular branded term rather than your full keyword set.
- Tag: filters by violation type. The current options are No tag and Trademark abuse, plus any tags you have added yourself.
- Assignee: filters by the team member a case has been assigned to. Use this when managing workload across a team; each person can filter to their own assigned cases.
- Advertiser: filters by the name of the advertiser detected. Shows a scrollable list of all advertisers in your account, so you can pull up every detection for a specific company across different time periods or keywords.
- Search bar: the field on the right side of the filter row searches by affiliate ID, so you can jump straight to a specific affiliate's detections.
Combining filters
All filters work together. You can combine Date, Country, Keyword, and Tag filters simultaneously to get a very specific view of your data. For example, filtering by a specific keyword, a specific country, and the Trademark abuse tag will show you only detections that match all three criteria at once.
Exporting data
To export your detections, click the download icon in the top right corner of the table. The export downloads as a CSV file named hijackers-export and opens directly in Excel or any spreadsheet application.
The exported file includes the following columns: Affiliate ID, Website URL, Detections, First detected, Last detected, Target URL, Evidence URL, Search engine, Redirect chain, Used keywords, Country, Tags, Detection URL, and Assigned to.
Important: the export has a maximum date range of two weeks. If you try to export without setting a date filter, or with a date range longer than two weeks, you will see an error message asking you to adjust your filters before trying again. Set your Date filter to a range of fourteen days or less before clicking the download icon.
The Evidence URL column in the export links directly to the evidence page for each detection in adment, making it easy to reference specific violations when preparing a dispute for your affiliate network.
