Setting up brand assets

Updated May 2026

Brand assets is where you tell adment which domains belong to you and which advertisers are authorized to run ads on your behalf. This information helps adment distinguish between legitimate activity and violations.

Domains

Add all the domains your organization owns in the Domains field. adment uses this to understand which web properties belong to you and monitors them for traffic theft and brand abuse.

Include all variations of your domain, your main site, any regional domains, subdomains used for landing pages, and any other web properties associated with your brand. For example if your main site is example.com and you also run shop.example.com, add both. Adding domains is free and does not affect your plan, so there is no reason to leave any out.

To add a domain, type it into the field and press Enter. To remove a domain, click the X next to it. Click Save Changes when done.

Official advertisers

Add the names of any advertisers you trust and have authorized to run ads on your brand. adment will not flag these advertisers as violations even if they appear on your branded keywords.

This is important for brands that work with authorized resellers, media agencies, or in-house teams that run ads under a different legal entity name. Without adding them here, adment may flag their activity as unauthorized.

To find the correct advertiser name, go to your Google Ads account and navigate to Billing, then Settings, then Payer details. The name shown there is the exact advertiser name as it appears in Google Ads and is what adment uses for matching.

To add an official advertiser, type their exact name into the field and press Enter. To remove one, click the X next to their name. Click Save Changes when done.
