Setting up affiliate contacts and sending notices
You can now send fraud notices to your affiliates directly from adment, via email, by adding their contact information and selecting the case in question.
At the bottom left of your screen, you will find the "Contacts" tab, which will redirect you to the contacts section.
Here you can add new contacts and manage your existing ones. Let's go to Add New Contact at the bottom of the screen.
Fill out the information prompted on your screen, contact email and advertiser being mandatory. Once you are done, click Add Contact.
Once a contact has been created, you can always click it to modify or delete it.
Now that you have contact information saved, go to Ad Hijackers and click on any case. This will display the case details.
At the bottom right of the case details, you will see a "Send notice" button.
This will open the notice section, where you will select the advertiser in question, previewing the recipient and the content.
adment provides a template with all the necessary content, but you can modify it to your liking. Keep in mind these notices are sent from an adment email address with your address CC'ed. But we will not receive the replies.
Once sent, your contact will receive an email like this one:
You can go back to the hijacking case, at the bottom you will see a section called notice log showing confirmation the notice was sent.
